Responsibilities

Conduct experimental study on the many qualities of the company's product compounds, analyses, and tests to explore chemical phenomena, test, create new products and test procedures, or enhance raw materials and products.

- in charge of inspecting and evaluating new products while they are being tested.

During the testing and development phases of a product, customer involvement is encouraged.

- proactively offer customers technical help and Quality System documentation for tasks like TS/R&D projects, the development of test methods and machine operations, risk analysis, and more.
- actively take part in projects aimed at customer development

Requirement

A bachelor's degree in science, chemistry, or engineering.
Fresh Grad is welcomed, training is provided.
Proactive, assertive, truthful, helpful, hardworking, and responsible with a customer focus, team player
Ability to think critically about failure mechanisms/estimation
Strong conceptual and leadership abilities are required.
