    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    • Provide first level of support and customer service.
    • Escalate problems or issues promptly and resolve customer queries.
    • Provide quality customer service support to customers over e-mail and phone.
    • Learn about our products to be able to answer customer queries.
    • Handle customer's queries, service requests and ad-hoc sales enquiries. Follow up on various requests whenever required.
    • Handle ad-hoc duties.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma in any field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • At least 2 years of relevant work experience will have an added advantage.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Able to work well in a team.
    • Required language(s): English, Mandarin
