- Provide first level of support and customer service.
- Escalate problems or issues promptly and resolve customer queries.
- Provide quality customer service support to customers over e-mail and phone.
- Learn about our products to be able to answer customer queries.
- Handle customer's queries, service requests and ad-hoc sales enquiries. Follow up on various requests whenever required.
- Handle ad-hoc duties.
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience will have an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin
