Sales Support Specialist
Location :
Orchard
Working hours : 5 days a week; Mon
- Fri, 9:30am to 6:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Create and process sales contract, letter of credit, invoice issuance, and other salesrelated documents in a timely manner;
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any problems concerning documentation and salesrelated activities;
- Uphold requirements of MSC & BRC certification or any relevant certification issuance;
- Processing of paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and updating entries with regards to sale figures, metrics, and other key data on the system;
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales figures/ provide information for marketing materials;
- Assist Sales Executive/Manager to follow up with clients for administrative purposes;
- Review pending contracts, account status, and relevant problems;
- Perform other ad hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements:
- Organized, good coordination & followup skills.
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
