    Roles & Responsibilities

    Project Manager

    Working Time : Monday to Saturday ( 9.00am-6.00pm )

    Job responsibilities:

    • Plans, schedules, and coordinates projects.
    • Manage 3-4 groups of workers.
    • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings.
    • Weekly visits site meeting when required
    • Possess strong planning, organising, co-ordination, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
    • Monitor project progress and follow up issues based on priority and customer's request

    Requirements :

    • Extensive experience in construction industry and project management /sales management
    • Candidates must be self-disciplined, pro-active, responsible, mentally mature and hungry for money.
    • Able to work under pressure.

    Benefits:

    • Annual leaves.
    • Contract renew every 2 years, pay increment every 6 months
    • Basic Salary $1600 to $3200 depends on qualifications and work experience.
    • Average Gross salary $ 5000 to $10000 after plus commission.
