Supervisor - Singapore - AUSPICIOUS AGENCY PTE. LTD.
Description
To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.- To supervise the work of inhouse workers.
- To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
- Ensure that all works carried out meet company's quality standards and requirements
- Plan and monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedule
- To coordinate with workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation
- Attend the daily toolbox meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
- Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
- Ensure good Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times
- Any other adhoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Must be able to produce Bar Bending Schedule for structural works
- Understand the Falsework for structural work
