    They are currently seeking a highly skilled individual to join their team in the role of Vice President of IT Strategy and Partnerships.

    Job DescriptionReporting to the

    CIO , this VP- senior IT Business Partner

    plays a crucial role in aligning technology with business goals.

    They oversee the design, implementation, and management of business applications, ensuring strategic alignment and effective delivery of IT solutions:

    IT-Business Alignment and Engagement:

    Cultivate a profound understanding of the business's vision, strategies, and objectives, collaborating with business leadership to articulate technology requirements that enhance business performance.

    Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, guiding business technology strategy development, solution prioritization, and service management.


    IT Advocacy:
    Share insights into technology trends and market opportunities with business units, enabling them to maintain a competitive edge.
    Inform and influence key business stakeholders to garner support and funding for projects aligned with IT goals.


    IT Strategy Planning and Roadmap:


    Lead the evaluation of project initiatives and provide rough estimates, ensuring finalized requirements and solution development align with IT architecture.

    Drive demand and supply analysis and triage with IT and business units to establish project portfolio plans.


    Project/Enhancement Delivery & Run:
    Oversee the project and enhancement pipeline, resolving demand-supply and prioritization issues.


    Leadership and People Management:
    Direct and manage the activities of direct and virtual team members, tracking progress against objectives and KPIs.


    Financial Management:


    Define and manage divisional operational and capital budgets, collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize IT budget utilization within financial constraints.

    The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    Over 20 years of relevant work experience, ideally within the Telco industry.
    Extensive experience in technical management roles related to application software design, development, and delivery.

    Proven track record of presenting solutions and proposals to senior management, coupled with significant experience in IT transformation and change management.

    Demonstrated expertise in managing complex organizations and large programs with internal and external resources.
    Proficiency in managing turnkey programs using third-party vendors.
