Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed individual, store sales and other KPIs
  • Provide luxury service and demonstrate knowledge in the brand
  • Elevate Client experience by delivering a good first impression and understanding, as well as maintaining the relationship with the client.
  • Follow up and deliver aftersales services
  • Assist in the daily operations of the store
  • Use visual techniques to maintain visual standards
  • Work well within a team and a promote a positive work environment
  • Provide a personalised service and build relationships with clients
