Responsibilities

• Supervise production and personnel
• Prepare effective production schedule
• Troubleshooting and improvement process of the plant
• Day to Day managament (handover and takeover)
• Lead on deviation and root cause investigations
• Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the proces
• Participate in QMS, GMO and other quality standards
• Creation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Implement cost reductions
• Develop or Amend reporting proceudres and systems (SOP/WI)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Equivalent
• At least 5 years of Supervisory experience in a Process Pant
• WIlling to work in Jurong Island
