Position Overview:


As an Assistant to the Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Partner's day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth operations.

You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing support in various aspects of the Partner's work.

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:

Calendar Management:


  • Coordinate and manage the Partner's calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure the Partner is wellprepared for meetings and has all necessary materials and information.

Communication and Correspondence:


  • Draft and prepare professional and timely responses to inquiries and requests.

Meeting Coordination:


  • Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agenda preparation, and documentation.
  • Take meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Travel and Accommodation:


  • Make travel arrangements for the Partner, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.

Research and Analysis:


  • Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested by the Partner.
  • Provide summaries and analysis of research findings to aid decisionmaking and strategic planning.

Document Preparation and Management:


  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as required.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring efficient document management.

Special Projects:


  • Assist the Partner in adhoc projects, including research, analysis, and coordination with crossfunctional teams.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role supporting seniorlevel executives or partners.
  • Strong understanding of the web3 and crypto space, including blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and communication platforms.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a problemsolving mindset.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fastpaced and evolving industry.
