Our client

A regional Experiential Marketing & Strategic Events Agency is looking for Masochistic, Ambitious and Dynamic individuals, with a penchant for hard work in a fast pace and high stress environment, to lead our SG, MY and Greater China Finance teams, while based out of our Singapore office.

They conceptualize, visualize, and create mind-blowing brand experiences for some of the biggest brands (Adidas, Shake Shack, JW Marriott, HP, etc) in the world.

Responsibilities

Responsible for regular Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Intercompany charges, Expense end to end cycles.
Liaise with the business unit for verification of the invoices and costs accruals
Assist with Monthend closing activities (bank reconciliation, BS schedules and others) and GST submission
Ensure timely recording of accounting entries into accounting system

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or relevant Professional Certificates
At least 2 years of accounting experience
Have strong knowledge with Quickbooks accounting system
Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills and positive attitude
Must be a team player, independent with selfinitiative, meticulous and have strong sense of responsibility

Salary
S$3,000 - S$4,200
