    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Manage the daily operations of all outlets
    • Manage and be able to take over to cover outlets due to shortage of manpower
    • Ensure consistent execution of company's marketing and visual presentation
    • Set up advertising displays and arrange goods on counter or tables to promote sales for all outlets
    • Train staffs on how to drive sales through consistent development of product knowledge and customer service standards
    • Work closely with Procurement team and Warehouse team to monitor and replenish stocks and inventory to ensure adequate product availability.
    • Maintain proper inventory controls and facilitate inventory transaction
    • Provide excellent customer service by attending to customer inquiries and providing appropriate recommendations
    • Identify and implement strategies to improve sales opportunities and monitor the performance of sales.
    • Report directly to the Commercial Director, providing regular updates and insights on store performance
    • Any other duties as and when assigned

    Requirements

    • Diploma holders or with at least 2 to 3 years of retail supervisory experience
    • Pleasant disposition and customer service oriented
    • Good working attitude and strong interpersonal skills
    • A team player who is independent and able to work under pressure
