Responsibilities:


  • Advanced in features and how to play live streaming, understand the needs and psychology of VIP users;
  • Responsible for building contacts with VIP users, collecting, compiling, analyzing and managing user information;
  • Distinguish services for VIP users and maintain good communication with users;
  • Continue to follow VIP users conditions every day, and create strategies to maintain and increase users activity and users growth;
  • Conceive and organize users/VIP events regulary, issues reward of events, estimate and control event budget;
  • Coordinate and analyze various effective events/activities that are in accordance with the policies / plans of the operational team, and also help the operational team to gather questions and feedback from VIP users;
  • Understand and gather product feedbacks from customer, follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement.

Job requirements:

  • Base in SG, fluent in English.
  • Possess an Internet mindset and a concept of the overall situation. 1-2 years experiences in live streaming platform/event specialist is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office. Have basic data analysis skills and excellent spoken and written communication skills;
  • Work more flexible, 5 days in a week, 8 hours in a day.
  • Familiar with event planning, execution process and other relevant experience;
  • Fast learner and have strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and have certain ability to resist pressure.
