We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about top-notch products and eager to delve into the art of crafting chocolate. This role may involve physical exertion throughout the day. Comfort with operating machinery and getting hands-on with chocolate is a must! The ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with our team of Chocolatiers & Chefs is essential.

Prior experience in a kitchen or with coffee roasting is advantageous.

Job Description

• Engage in bean-to-bar chocolate production: from roasting and cracking to winnowing, tempering, molding, and packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness in the chocolate production area and ensure equipment is in top condition.
• Support the upkeep and maintenance of chocolate production machinery.
• Meet daily production targets.
• Conduct quality checks on chocolate items.
• Identify areas for process enhancement.
• Maintain high levels of productivity, efficiency, and cleanliness.
