    Our client Service/Product :
    Managerial role for the HR team


    The Responsibilities:
    ・Review, revise, and ensure compliance with Company Handbook, HR policies, procedures, and corporate directives.
    ・Act as a consultant to business unit leaders, providing recommendations on employee issues and HR strategies.
    ・Collaborate with business unit heads on headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
    ・Monitor budget, control costs, and handle payroll-related tasks including expatriate claims, monthly verification, and tax clearance.
    ・Implement new systems, coordinate appraisal processes, and manage performance-related tasks including wage adjustments and promotions.
    ・Address inquiries, provide counselling on grievances, handle regulatory correspondences, and prepare necessary documentation including certification and termination letters.
    ・Conduct orientation, clearance, and exit interviews for employees.


    The Requirements:
    ・4-5 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or similar functions.
    ・Experience and/or qualifications in HR specialist areas such as learning and development are advantageous.
    ・Strong understanding and demonstrable experience in core HR management and people practices.
    ・Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
    ・Proven ability to function as an HR business partner, including providing strategic counsel.
    ・Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across cultures and levels of seniority.
    ・Self-motivated with the ability to deliver under pressure and without constant oversight.
