Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to grant applicant regarding the programme guidelines, application processes and the necessary supporting documents required for application
• Check documents in the application are in order and satisfactorily submitted to HPB before the submission deadline (at least 1.5 months before start of each approval cycle).
• Communicate application result to grant recipient after HPB management has approved or reject application.
• Send reminders to remind grant recipient to submit quarterly progress and sales report not more than 1 month after the end of each quarter.
• Review and select F&B outlets by checking the validity of the F&B outlets and verification of F&B outlet's purchase of healthier ingredients with GTMS grant applicant.
• Main each grant applicant's folder by uploading their application and it's supporting documents, relevant email correspondences and signed Grant Award Letter.
