- Facilitate all ServiceNow testing.
- Responsible for all ServiceNow architectural decisions and changes.
- Involved in all discussions and responsibilities relating to ServiceNow.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
- More than 5 years of ServiceNow Development Experience and over 3 years of Solution Architect Role.
- Configuration experience in ServiceNow IT Workflows, Employee Workflows, Customer Workflows and Creator Workflows in projects over multiple towers.
- ServiceNow CSA, CIS – ITSM and 1 certification each from ITOM and IRM
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in out of box (OOB) customization for ServiceNow ITSM modules, surveys, forms, etc.
- Experience in self-hosted environment ServiceNow implementation in Cloud (AWS).
- Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments that have implemented areas such as CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC Integrations etc.
- Excellent Knowledge of integrating with internal and external applications and systems.
- Strong ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal, written and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery with outstanding results.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor staff in the development and release management relative to the ServiceNow platform to drive quality, value and best practice.
