Description
Customer Service Assistant/ Executive**Need to work alternate Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Submission of documentations & drivers' details
- Assist in proving quotes to client
- Follow up on POD
- Assist Controller in investigation to resolve job delivery disputes
- Assist generate weekly/monthly reports on drivers' performance
- Assist to follow up and update on vehicles LM/LG cert expiry date, annual LTA inspection date
- Updating of transport management system
- Perform adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Able to work in a fastpace environment
- Meticulous and serviceoriented
- Preferably knowledge and experience in trucking and transportation environment.
- Team player who is able to communicate and work effectively with other team members
