- Manage and plan event logistics and operations
- Events set up and tear down
- Events facilitation and client servicing
- Assist in basic graphic design on Canva/Photoshop
- Maintenance of equipment and logistics
- General admin & housekeeping duties
- No experience required, training will be provided
- Commitment period of 3 – 6 months
- Prior experience in the events industry, graphic design and photography skills are a bonus
- Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills
- Flexible work week including weekends and public holidays
- Remote work on non-operational event days
