Description
The job holder plays a critical role in ensuring efficiency in operations and driving sales growth of the brand.

You will manage Yumi Active's daily online and offline retail operations which include customer service, inventory management, stocking, merchandising, housekeeping, and retail administration.


You will be responsible for supervising, coaching, and training the frontline retail team at the mall outlets and managing the team's roster.

You will also be rostered to frontline operations in the malls.


Roles and Responsibilities
1) Customer service - Provide accurate information / advice on products to customers, assist in day to day operations at Yumi studio and at the malls, manage and follow up with all multi-channel customer enquiries and feedback.

Obtain regular customer feedback from different distribution points on our products and services and prepare summarised reports to the design team and management for review.

2) Frontline team management - Manage roster and placement of frontline retail staff at shopping malls, prepare training materials and administrative guidance to new and existing promoters. Conduct regular reviews of frontline staff performance, store set-up and merchandise display. Be involved in frontline duties at the shopping mall.

3) Inventory management and fulfilment - Conduct regular stock taking, ensure timely order fulfilments, planning and distribution of required stocks to stockists and online marketplaces.

4) Distribution channel management - Coordinate collaborations and setup of new and existing stockists and online marketplaces, plan for product briefings, sales performance review and identify opportunities to grow brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Explore and propose new channel partnerships to grow the brand.

5) Online retail administration - Manage product listings on our woocommerce website, marketplaces and other retail distribution partners' listings.

Update inventory on timely basis and ensure key performance indicators' for seller is met, including but not limited to seller response rate, ship on time and cancellation rate.

6) Store upkeep and maintenance - Ensure office and all retail store interior and its environment are always properly maintained and up-kept. This includes online storefronts' presentation and information.


7) Process Documentation - Assist in drafting and keeping up to date standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operation efficiency and effectiveness.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/ Retail Operations/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is a must.
  • Be customer and sales oriented
  • Highly organised and have strong administration skills
  • Pays strong attention to details and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • Enthusiastic, pleasant with vibrant personality.
  • Highly motivated team player with good supervisory, communication, customer service and planning skills. Must be adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
  • Experience in fashion retail and/or fitness enthusiasts will be an added advantage
