Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm


Job Description:


  • Manage job advertisements by understanding and reviewing business needs to craft job descriptions with the relevant details that will be posted and monitored on various inbound and outbound channels
  • Systematically consolidate and assess applicants, conducting rounds of screening where necessary
  • Preparation of HRrelated paperwork (Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, staffing requisition letter etc.) that are to be collected and updated on the relevant databases
  • Assist in the onboarding process where required
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Other adhoc duties as per assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, proficiency in a second language is an advantage
  • Outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and organised

Salary:
From $4,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
