    Roles & Responsibilities

    We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our People team. This role will be responsible for aligning business objectives with leaders, key stakeholders, employees and other HRBPs in designated business functions. You will provide people-related expertise and counsel covering a full range of HR disciplines including organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, career development, compensation and workforce planning. This is a key contributor who will significantly impact our ability to attract and retain talent, and improve the overall productivity and performance of the organisation for continued business growth and sustainability.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    Strategic HR Partnership

    • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives, such as re-organisation and workforce planning.
    • Drive alignment between HRBPs servicing different markets/functions and unblock obstacles to achieve shared goals and results for the overall business segment.
    • Be a culture bearer; advise and hold leaders accountable for the performance and culture standards of their teams and resolving critical people issues before they derail the business.

    Talent Management

    • Develop a talent strategy and roadmap in line with business goals to build talent capabilities and resources.
    • Understand talent needs, identify and execute development or deployment opportunities to groom key talent into critical roles.
    • Proactively surface talent issues through regular review sessions and partner with leaders to implement effective solutions.

    Organisation Design & Development

    • Consult with stakeholders to develop and iterate on organisational structures to align with business needs and future flexibility.
    • Identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.
    • Drive change management efforts, succession planning, and workforce planning to support the business strategy.

    Performance Management

    • Manage the performance and compensation review process with senior stakeholders and other HRBPs to uphold timeliness and rigour
    • Coach senior stakeholders and HRBPs on addressing performance-related issues with employees to maintain high performance and culture standards

    Employee Relations

    • Provide holistic guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices by drawing from different functions.
    • Handle complex employee relations issues by partnering with business leaders and Legal to resolve such issues.

    Implementation and Review of Policies and Processes

    • Collaborate across the People team and other functions to deliver integrated solutions and HR projects.
    • Initiate policy review projects resulting from business needs, consulting other HRBPs and stakeholders where required.
    • Lead the development and communication of HR initiatives to support organizational culture and coach HRBPs for effective and consistent implementation.
    • Deliver reports on key HR metrics and provide relevant analysis/ recommendations to the business.

    HRBP Development and Mentoring

    • Handle and resolve escalated cases from HRBPs and their functions.
    • Coach and upskill more junior HRBPs through post-mortem reviews, 1:1s and training sessions.

    Who We Are Looking For:

    • A proven track record of delivering results and driving organisational growth through effective HR strategies.
    • Good experience in driving people initiatives across different cultures and geographies (APAC or SEA locations highly preferred)
    • Demonstrated effectiveness in stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, especially with leaders.
    • Leadership ability to develop and motivate team members to achieve shared goals and results.
    • Commercially astute to deliver tailored solutions that benefit both the business and the people.
    • Strategic problem solver with high ownership and drive
    • Adaptable self-starter who learns and moves quickly
    • Ability to effectively prioritise multiple work streams and handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
