Administrative Executive
We are looking for an Administrative Executive to join our Business Development (BD) team and support our daily operations.

You will be responsible for generating regular and ad-hoc reports, managing purchase orders, coordinating with other departments, and providing general administrative support to the BD team.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent Excel skills, a positive work attitude, and a keen attention to detail.

You should also be able to work independently and meet deadlines.

As an Administrative Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team that is passionate about creating value for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Generate regular reports on a weekly, monthly basis, or as needed using Excel
Create adhoc reports as required using Excel functions such as linking tables, pivot tables, formatting, simple macros, etc.
Key in purchase orders received and communicate adjustments between the factory (or other departments) and BD or our distributors as needed
Coordinate with other internal departments on BD related issues
Manage the office storage for product samples (restocking samples in this store and general management of stocks inside)
Support for overseas despatch of samples and other items from time to time
Provide general support for the BD team in any other ways

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
At least 2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and excellent in Excel
Positive work attitude, offering assistance, making proactive suggestions for improvements
Timeline sensitive, completing all tasks within timelines, following up relentlessly until completion
Good communication and interpersonal skills
