Job Description:

• In-house and Home visit support in servicing and repair of products.
• Basic electrical knowledge knows how when attending to electrical problem.
• Perform daily administrative function such as recording of field problem or updating of service record in CRM system.
• Generating simple reports for field service attended.
• Maintenance of company tooling, equipment and parts inventory in orderly manner.
• Support warehouse disposal activities.
• Any ad-hoc activities assigned in relation to the operation of the business.

Job Requirement:

• Willing to travel when required (transport will be provided)
• Preferably class 3 driving license
