Established in post-WWII as a centre for diplomats and policymakers to debate new ideas, our client has cemented their position as a leading global institution focused on leading change in today's volatile & ever-changing world.
They are seeking a HR Business Partner to join them in supporting their teams located across Asia.Role
This role will partner closely with the Regional Managing Director and individual Country Heads to deliver on the institution's talent strategy and day-to-day HR Operations.
You will advise the leadership team on full-spectrum HR activities across workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, talent development, and people retention.
You will also partner alongside your peers in Finance, Legal, Operations, and Tech to deliver on process improvement and systems enhancements.

You should be degree-qualified from a top educational institution and possess at least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience gained at an international organisatrion.
