Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the effective management of all aspects of IT systems including planning, implementing, operation, and maintenance.
• Meet the technological needs of the customers cost-effectively.
• Develop and lead cross-process compliance and design coordination within the operations team and cross-functionally throughout the IT Organization
• Lead the design and implementation of ITSM Best Practices
• Transform the IT organization by delivering best practices supporting Service Management and overall Operations Service Delivery
• Provide direction and goal-setting on strategy and operations
• Contribute to design and solution development activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Nitec studied in IT or related fields
• Preferable with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Responsible, meticulous, fast learner and able to understand the internal system process quickly
• Able to follow the internal systems thoroughly to make sure the tasks are smoothly process
