Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their housing needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide clients with expert knowledge and insights into the Singapore real estate market.
• Identify and propose suitable housing options that meet client requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct viewings of properties.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
• Facilitate the documentation and administrative process related to leasing.
• Offer support and advice to clients throughout the relocation process.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of the real estate market and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and other real estate professionals.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, preferably in Singapore.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
• A proactive and customercentric approach to service delivery.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the legal and procedural aspects of leasing in Singapore.
• Real Estate Salesperson (RES) license is required.
