    Roles & Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greet customers warmly, assist them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions, handle cashiering duties, and prepare fruits as required.

    Assist in stocktaking and recording to ensure accurate inventory management.

    Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration, supporting co-workers, fostering a positive work environment.

    Assume shift-leading responsibilities when the Operations Lead is not on duty, overseeing operations and guiding team members.

    Utilise proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served.

    Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area, including brewing equipment, serving utensils, and workstations to meet the requirements of health & safety and hygiene protocol.

    Act in compliance to operational policies and procedures.

    遵守运营政策和程序

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in the F&B industry, understanding operational excellence.

    O level certification preferred, with proficiency in English and Chinese for customer communication and product knowledge understanding.

    Skills:

    Good interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive teamwork.

    Commitment to maintaining exceptional customer service and brand reputation.

    Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and lead shifts as needed.
