    Lendlease Singapore is currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The Assistant Property Manager will play a crucial role in setting up and managing the operational needs of our new commercial building, Paya Lebar Green (PLG). This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in operations management, capable of overseeing the procurement process, developing and implementing operational systems and procedures, and handling ground operational matters to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the new project.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Understanding Corporate's requirements on all aspects EH&S, Sustainability, Risk Management, Operation, etc., to ensure assets adhere to these policies
    • Keeping updated on regulatory requirements and ensuring assets operate in accordance with the legislation
    • Overseeing day-to-day operation of services like housekeeping, security, landscaping, waste management, pest control, etc.
    • Managing M&E systems efficiently and addressing issues, complaints, and targets
    • Assisting in developing operation budget, business plans, and asset review reports
    • Contributing to strategies, plans, and training schedules for the operation team
    • Working with Group Functions to implement new policies and requirements
    • Leading the team in Smart Facilities Management using technologies

    Requirements:

    • Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Engineering, Mechanical, or related field
    • 3-5 years' experience managing M&E systems in commercial assets
    • Strong people management and communication skills
    • Technical experience with a focus on risk management
    • Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
    • Familiarity with Asset Planning / Management process is an advantage
    • Flexible and willing to work beyond office hours
