Description
**Youth WorkerRiverLife Community Services is looking for a youth worker who is passionate about mentoring and running programmes for disadvantaged youth.
Through the youth work, RCS intends to build the next generation of leaders in Singapore by providing professional services and care for them.
Job Description:
The Youth Worker will report to both the Youth Programme Head as well as the Centre Director.
He/She will be required to:
- Run programmes for youth
- Run Dropin Programmes for Youth
- Plan programmes together with team
- Mentor youth or provide counselling
- Manage Volunteers
- Run school social work programmes
- Be available on Saturdays to run programmes
- ITE Cert
- Polytechnic Diploma in Social Work
- Strong planning skills
- Youth centric
- Passion for working with youth
- Strong administrative skills
- Able bodied for outdoor activities
- Strong Team Player
