    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Be able to generate Tax Invoice, Credit Note, do Inventory Control, Generate report for Account Receivable and update customer record.
    • Be able to generate PO, DO, customer invoice, Sales Inventory Report
    • Liaise with Forwarder to arrange delivery and generate invoices to overseas customers.
    • Liaise with customers for outstanding PO, parts delivery arrangement.

    Job Requirement

    • Experience in Trading Company
    • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Word
    • Possess good communication skill to communicate with internal staff and customers.
    • Knowledge in LC and Financing Company invoices will be an added advantage.
    • Knowledge in Accpac system will be an added advantage.
