Our client is an Oil & Gas company located in the CBD area, currently looking for a Cash Management & Payments Executive.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Head, the incumbent will be working in a team of 2 staffs.

He / She will be responsible to handle payment processing, prepare bank reconciliation, monitor & forecast cash flow, process accounting entries, verify & process suppliers' invoices via cheque or TT remittances, and responsible for bank account opening & documentation.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum a Diploma in a related field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in cash flow management related work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
