Cognizant Consulting Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) team advises our clients from the life sciences industry (pharmaceuticals and medical technology) on the topics of digital transformation/digital strategies, process optimization and innovation. The focus is on new business models with digital product and service offerings as well as on digitized core processes in the areas of R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management & Logistics as well as Marketing & Sales. We are looking for consultants who are interested in proactively shaping the medical devices & pharmaceutical industry consulting market segment.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide consulting/advisory services and support our customers in the medical devices & pharmaceutical industry in solving and addressing their most important digital transformation challenges.
Proactively guide and work on the entire cycle of a project from acquisition, scoping, planning, design & development of solutions.
Lead client conversations with clear point of view and turn them into solutions.
Effective proposal writing and client presentations.
Possess good customer relationship and ability to build new customer relationship.
Broad understanding of the life sciences value chain and a deep expertise in one or more domains within the value chain (e.g., Sales & Marketing). Uptodate industry knowledge
You take responsibility for your team and build it up successfully.

Experience & Skills:

At least 8 years of comprehensive professional experience in a management consultancy with a focus on medical devices / pharmaceuticals / life sciences or a previous activity with a leading company from the medical devices / pharmaceuticals / life sciences industry
Excellent knowledge and project experience in at least two of the following

LOB:
Finance, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing & Sales

Project experience in the context of transformation and implementation projects (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Veeva) will be an advantage.
Experienced in senior stakeholder management and conducting workshops.
Willingness to travel across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China where required.
Ability to speak in Mandarin is a preferred.
Bachelor's degree in science/technology/engineering. MBA is preferred.
