JOB SUMMARY

The position ensures the development and execution of IT Services and projects that will result to an effective and efficient company operation and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain professional channels of communication at all levels across the business to facilitate and meet expectations with optimum levels of quality and service delivery.
To improve overall team performance through high levels of engagement, contribution, and individual development plans.
Manage company information technology infrastructure and computer systems.
Review the relevant metrics and provide specific inputs to the service team to account for the same while defining the monitoring and reporting framework.
Identify the training requirements are provide inputs to individuals in the team to sustain and improve the team competency.
Consolidate and review the available operations statistics and provide inputs, review the utilization to endure optimum utilization of data communication assets and that business needs are met.

Salary:
$4, $5,000.00 per month
