Maintenance Engineer - Singapore - ANGKASA DAEHAN STEEL PTE. LTD.

Description

1.0 RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY**1.1 Perform routine maintenance to ensure efficient functioning of machine.

1.2 Schedule and plan for individual machine servicing and repair.

1.3 Responsible or schedule maintenance team to do day to day maintenance work and breakdown repair work.

1.4 Record machine downtime.

1.5 Record number of machine breakdown (Unplanned maintenance).

1.6 Budget compliance.

1.7 Monitor maintenance cost.

1.8 Monitor maintenance personnel leave and daily work.

1.9 Liaise with vendor / contractor for outsource maintenance work (if any)

1.10 Reports for monthly maintenance cost and machine downtime.

1.11 Record and monitor all LM, LG and AR equipment certifications.

1.12 Liaise with machine supplier (Local and overseas), arrange setup and installation machinery (if any)

1.13 Carry out any special assignment as and when assigned by Head of Department


2.0 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS**2.1 Able to work as a team or manages and leads the Maintenance Teams

2.2 Able to work long hours

2.3 Minimum 2-year's HAND-ON experience in the Mechanical Engineering in related industry.

2.4 Preferably ITE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
