Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with overseas agent for pricing, enquiries, booking, schedules, etc
- Liaise with customer for air / sea freight shipments for pricing, enquiries, booking, schedules, etc
- Liaison with multiple parties including customers, carriers, hauliers, overseas agents etc for freight handling and / or other matters.
- Handle shipping documentation (import / export / BL / documentation / invoices)
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Secondary or tertiary education
- Preferably with 2 years of freight forwarding / customer Service experience
- MS Office proficiency and ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Detailoriented, with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced setting
