Description

Responsibilities:


  • Liaise with overseas agent for pricing, enquiries, booking, schedules, etc
  • Liaise with customer for air / sea freight shipments for pricing, enquiries, booking, schedules, etc
  • Liaison with multiple parties including customers, carriers, hauliers, overseas agents etc for freight handling and / or other matters.
  • Handle shipping documentation (import / export / BL / documentation / invoices)
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Secondary or tertiary education
  • Preferably with 2 years of freight forwarding / customer Service experience
  • MS Office proficiency and ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Detailoriented, with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced setting
