Description

Responsibilities:

• Monitor electrical construction works.
• Make sure to do a pre-testing before a power turn-on.
• Physically check/tally all installations before signing any punchlist.
• Be present during power turn-on and testing works.
• Coordinate site problems with superiors and engineers to have a better solution for problems that cannot be solved on-site.
• Make sure to present to the other parties our installations before we han­over to them with the proper form(s).
• Monitor, manage and direct project execution, as per quality plan & make sure they have all permits ready the current week and following week.
• Ensure contractors are working in a safe environment.
• Ensure all construction activities in accordance with latest approved construction drawing.
• Prepare and submit daily progress report to project control and highlight issues affecting progress
• Monitor tool box meeting with the Subcontractors, checking the work to be performed, any risk involved and for the implementation of safety and company policies.
• Make sure all materials to be used are approved by the Engineer(s) / Package Owner.

Requirements:

• Min 8 years' experience in tunnel project experience
• Min Diploma in Electrical engineering
• Familiar with Singapore regulations on electrical installations
• Can read and understand electrical schematics
