Location: Singapore

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bored Pile Machine Operator to join our construction team in Singapore. As a Bored Pile Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of foundation works and piling operations for various construction projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain bored pile machines in accordance with safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
2. Set up and prepare the machine for piling activities, including loading and unloading drilling tools and equipment.
3. Monitor and control the drilling process to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
4. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on the machine to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
5. Assist in the installation of reinforcement cages and placement of concrete for bored piles as per engineering drawings.
6. Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient piling operations.
7. Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance, daily activities, and production output.
8. Adhere to safety procedures, PPE requirements, and environmental regulations at all times.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Bored Pile Machine Operator in the construction industry, preferably in Singapore.
3. Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting bored pile machines such as hydraulic rotary rigs, oscillator rigs, or similar equipment.
4. Strong understanding of piling techniques, soil conditions, and foundation works.
5. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and safety procedures.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Valid BCA CoreTrade or Multi-Skilling certification for piling operations (preferred).
8. Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and challenging environments.
