Project Engineer

Lendlease are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer -to join our high performing delivery team in Singapore.

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our dynamic team.

As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained throughout.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Contribute to aspects and/or phases of projects and under limited supervision, identify issues and/or non-conformances for the attention of senior staff.-
  • Perform and contribute to engineering duties and tasks which may involve researching, gathering and correlating data and undertaking testing and/or analysis.-
  • Contribute to the preparation of construction reports, contract and schedules, ensuring alignment with company procedures and compliance with applicable standards;-
  • Applies intermediate knowledge in a specialist stream (job category) and advanced knowledge of several operational practices, to issues of differing complexity (routine to varied), where problem-solving can be required on difficult problems.-
  • Exercises independent judgement within defined practices and procedures.-
  • May instruct or coach others, direct projects or assignments

Attributes:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related technical discipline, combined with a demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge.
  • Experience in a project or site engineering role and undertaking complex and high volume business projects, and/or expert knowledge of construction and property development industries, and engineering project management principles, with an indepth understanding of engineering and site management principles.
  • Written and verbal communication skills to facilitate decision making, influence and build relationships with key stakeholders, and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation.
  • Competencies include; Decision Making, Interpersonal Ability, Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking, Technology and Process, Verbal Communication, Written Communication.
