Sales Manager - Singapore - ATLAS SERVICES GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales leads, focus on revenue retention and revenue growth to meet, and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research for generating a sales pipeline.
- Conduct coldcalling for sales prospecting.
- Follow client relationship management practices and build relationships with relevant decision makers and their respective teams.
- Negotiate agreement within a defined range of commercial, operational parameters and prepare contracts.
- Prepare sales reports and support analysis for department.
- Able to conduct multimodal sales outreach programs (Direct mailers, social media and embedded web content etc.)
- Review and analyze contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to drive service enhancements.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma (with experience) in any Maritime, Business, Sales and Marketing related disciplines.
- Possess a good proven sales track record.
- 68 years of experience in Sales.
- Experience of Sales ideally with a focus on high volume, multitransaction services, would be an added advantage.
- A selfdriven professional and willing to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
- Excellent presentation skills.
