Responsibilities:


  • Develop sales leads, focus on revenue retention and revenue growth to meet, and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research for generating a sales pipeline.
  • Conduct coldcalling for sales prospecting.
  • Follow client relationship management practices and build relationships with relevant decision makers and their respective teams.
  • Negotiate agreement within a defined range of commercial, operational parameters and prepare contracts.
  • Prepare sales reports and support analysis for department.
  • Able to conduct multimodal sales outreach programs (Direct mailers, social media and embedded web content etc.)
  • Review and analyze contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to drive service enhancements.

Requirements:


  • Degree or Diploma (with experience) in any Maritime, Business, Sales and Marketing related disciplines.
  • Possess a good proven sales track record.
  • 68 years of experience in Sales.
  • Experience of Sales ideally with a focus on high volume, multitransaction services, would be an added advantage.
  • A selfdriven professional and willing to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
