Project Manager

Join our team as a Project Manager and take on the challenge of leading high-end villa projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive project schedule and plan to guide onsite construction.
• Study project drawings and contract requirements, proposing optimizations and budget controls, while ensuring onsite quality management.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Select and delegate responsibilities to subcontractors.
• Oversee project progress, addressing any delays, emergencies, or issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes, as well as legal requirements.
• Provide regular project updates and budget reports to clients.
• Clearly explain contract and technical matters to project stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in a relevant field, with a strong track record of leadership and project management.
• Excellent leadership, time management, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Technical skills to interpret construction methods, contracts, and drawings.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English.
• Experience in high-end villa projects, with a deep understanding of procurement links, including construction, decoration, and furniture.
