Looking for Senior Service Technician


Responsibilities:


  • Assist, coordinate and execute daily service tasks, peridoical maintenance schedule. and installing services.
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or remote troubleshooting.
  • Manage all site installations, repairs, maintenance and test taks.
  • Diagnose technical problems and provide proper solutions.
  • Adhere to company's field procedures and protocols.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
  • Document service and installation works by completing service and project completion reports.

Skills:1. Understanding company's operation flow and protocol and have good knowledge of company's products and services to ensure correct advise to be given to customers.


  • Install and test products accordingly to customer's needs and provide proper usage instructions.
  • Carry out service, repairs and calibrations to customers' requirements and following in-house work procedures.
  • Building strong and positive relationships with customers.
  • Complete all service-related documentations, including service reports, work orders & assembly data sheets.
  • Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
