Manager, Integrated Communications


Job Purpose

  • As Manager, Integrated Communications, you deliver a consistent message across channels to support SMRT's objectives and reputation management, creating a seamless stakeholder experience, and building brand trust and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • You are required to do social listening, understand the organisational objectives and challenges, and think strategically to integrate key narratives across internal stakeholders and contribute to the overall key messaging of the company. You play a key "enabler" role and hold a crucial function by working to curate, integrate and execute the message narratives. You will play a key role in the Media Communications team.
  • The scope of work will include:
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to develop effective communications plans, track the progress and to evaluate the effectiveness of the plan
  • Media relations
  • Managing content for online platforms to increase awareness and enhance goodwill

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience and knowledge in multichannel communications, including social media and PR
