Overview of the Role
The Human Resources Assistant will provide critical administrative support to the HR department, facilitating key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and employee relations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively support HR operations under expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new employees and helping prepare necessary documentation.
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assisting with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Responding to basic HR-related inquiries from employees.
- Helping organize HR events, training sessions, and company activities.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ year in Human Resources or administrative support roles
- HR Knowledge: Understanding of basic HR functions and administrative procedures
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems
- Professional Qualities: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain sensitive information with discretion
- Language: Good level of English
