**Roles & Responsibilities**Building Supervisors
- Support daily operations of the property.
- Carry out daily briefing and inspection of the property.
- Plan building improvement and repair works.
- Manage the technicians' daily activities.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Building Technicians
- Carry out repairs, preventive and maintenance works of the property.
- Perform repairs timely and efficiently.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilties as assigned.
- Possess an ITE/NITEC/Higher NITEC or Poly Diploma with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in building maintenance.
- Those with experience or good knowledge of carpentry and builder's work will be considered favourably.
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Singaporeans and Singapore Permanents Residents are preferred.
Salary will be commensurate with qualificiations and experience.
Salary range:
$1,700 to $3,500 depending on positions, experience and qualifications.
