    Roles & Responsibilities

    Work Location: Chinatown

    Working Hours: Mon to Fri Office Hours

    Monthly Salary: up to $2,200 per month + Completion Bonus

    Contract Duration: 6 Months Contract

    Job Scope:

    • Provide administrative support to various functions in the Human Resources Department
    • Communication of interview arrangements with job applicants over the phone and via email
    • Assist team in administering written tests
    • Posting of job advertisements
    • Data Entry
    • E-filing of documents
    • Other ad-hoc duties

    Requirements:

    • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
    • Meticulous and thorough
    • Positive attitude, eager to learn
    • Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Experience in customer service, admin work and/or managing events is advantageous.
