We are seeking a junior SAP Basis Staff to join our dynamic team.

As an integral part of our SAP support and administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, availability, security, and governance of our SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

On-prem tasks:

Manage and maintain SAP User IDs & accesses.

Manage transport of SAP software changes between systems.

Conduct yearly SAP Authorization Review.

Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.

Take full responsibility for SAP audit activities.

Cloud related tasks:

Manage and liaise with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.

Perform simple SAP Basis maintenance, such as client copy.

Conduct yearly SAP DR exercise.

Resolve issues should it happen.

Regular monitoring for SAP systems.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer related field
• Experience with SAP Application
• Able to write simple script or program to automate some operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to converse in Chinese language is a plus, for China support.
