• Monday - Friday: 8.15 AM to 5 PM
• AWS + VB + transport allowance
• Company transport pick up at Lakeside

Our client is a MNC chemical company.

Responsibilities:

Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, initiatives, policies, and procedures.
Perform HR generalist tasks, including talent acquisition, payroll, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and learning and development.
Maintain employee records and information in the Infotech system.
Process work pass applications and ensure compliance with regulations set by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
Engage with the Union and address employee relations issues.
Generate HR reports related to recruitment and manpower, as well as other relevant metrics.
Oversee office and administrative functions within the HR department.
Coordinate procurement activities and handle SAP payment requests.
Assist with various HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in HR or Business Management.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to adapt to working locations in both Jurong East and Tuas Plant.
Proficiency in SAP software.
