Our client is a B2B Technology exhibitions organiser that organise global reputable technology events and exhibitions.

Their Singapore team is growing and they are looking for a Client Services Executive to be communicating with their clients regularly and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include

Working with accounts that need consistent communication to ensure they are happy
Promoting user retention
Managing timelines and ensuring needs are met and various teams are given the correct information to ensure client's eneds are met
Assisting with exhibitions on the day where required
