About The Job

1. Content Marketing:

• Manage the company's blogs, social media platforms, and websites.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of the company's Intranet.

2. Paid Marketing and Advertising:

• Assist in executing paid marketing and advertising promotional activities.
• Participate in social media advertising, Google Ads campaigns, and Website Display banner ads.

3. Marketing Content Preparation:

• Contribute to marketing content creation through copywriting, design artwork, and print material preparation.

4. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional teams in various stages of marketing campaigns.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination to meet campaign objectives.

5. Event Organization:

• Assist in organizing marketing events, including face-to-face events, webinars, and exchanges events.
• Coordinate logistics and contribute to event planning and execution.

6. Administrative Support:

• Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements and Skills:

• Polytechnic Diploma graduates or currently pursuing a polytechnic diploma
• Familiarity with marketing applications and tools, including CRM tools, online analytics, and Google AdWords.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in marketing materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively contribute to marketing content and collaborate with team members.
