Responsibilities:

Provide leadership on regional IT and Indirect Functions financial reporting and management of P&L/costs for the Asia Pacific region.
Partner Senior management team (Functions) in steering the financial health and influence strategic decisionmaking process.
Plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between finance and business in terms of providing costs transparency at regional and country levels.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting, budgeting and forecasting of IT and Indirect Functions financials for the region and countries.
Business Partner APAC CIO and Regional IT senior management team to drive strategic direction for the IT organization in terms through provision of timely and accurate financial information for decision making / analysis.
Business Partner APAC Functions Heads (APMB members) and their direct reports to steer function costs, internal processes through provision of cost transparency.
Work closely with global, regional and country finance controlling teams in steering the regional reporting deliverables in line with global guidelines.
Work closely with global, regional and country finance controlling teams in steering the regional controlling deliverables in line with global requirements.
Lead regional monthly, quarterly BRM for reporting, forecast & budgeting cycles for functions.

Requirements:

Relevant university degree, professional accounting qualification or equivalent
At least 15 years of relevant working experience as a Controller in FP&A activities
Business Partnering experience required
Good managerial and communication skills, good analytical, written ability
